Waneka Park Assisted Living Community is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our leadership team!

Shift : 6pm to 2am
In your Resident Care Coordinator role, you will be responsible for completing weekly scheduling for staff, training new hires, supervising caregivers, supervising the medication delivery system, and assisting in direct resident care when needed.

Responsibilities :
- Reviews and documents daily in the communication log as appropriate.
- Reviews new orders and MAR daily.
- Supervises and reviews the transcription process, medication and equipment ordering, pharmacy cycle fill.
- Performs resident care coordination and communication with outside agencies and medical providers.
- Reviews alert charting.
- Reviews incident reports as needed.
- Reviews cleanliness and organization of medication room.
- Reviews, supervises, and assists with resident care as needed.
- Performs medication pass as needed.
- Assists residents with meals as needed.
- Reviews and documents on the service plan as needed.
- Attend service plans review as needed.
- Reviews and responds to Community LPN audit to ensure compliance.
- Assist in orientation for new employees.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Active QMAP Certification
- 1 year experience required
- Current CPR and First Aid from Red Cross or American Heart Assoc
Wage : $21.00 to $24.50
