Job Summary

The IT Business Analyst Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of business analysts to ensure the effective alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop strategies for technology implementation.

The IT Business Analyst Manager will lead efforts to improve processes, drive efficiency, and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

Facilitate professional development opportunities and training for team members.

• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into IT requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact between the IT department and business stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather and communicate requirements.

• Project Oversight :
• Oversee the analysis and documentation of business processes, systems, and requirements.Ensure the delivery of high-quality business analysis and documentation.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables.

• Process Improvement :
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Analyze and document current processes and workflows to recommend enhancements.
• Technical Expertise :
• Develop a deep understanding of business systems and technologies relevant to the organization.Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to address business needs and challenges.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Prepare and present reports on project status, business analysis activities, and outcomes.Maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and process models.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure that IT solutions meet business needs and are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.Conduct reviews and validation of business analysis deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications :
• Education :
• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and technology trends.

• Certifications :
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are preferred.
