Your role in our mission

• Perform clerical and administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, managing supplies and requests effectively.
• Answer calls and greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately.
• Manages incoming / outgoing correspondence.
• Complete assignments / tasks as directed by leadership.

What we're looking for

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private.
• Ability to read, understand and follow complex written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

The pay range for this position is $32,700 - $46,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
