Our Client is seeking an HR Assistant / Coordinator in Coral Gables, FL.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Job Description :
- Identify viable candidates and reverse search
- Screen potential candidates, schedule interviews and send calendar invites
- Responsible for completing I-9 verifications
- Create and manage employee files while maintaining secure confidential information
- Perform other office support, administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Experience using ADP
- Ability to follow direction and work with confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, well-spoken with a pleasant personality
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
