We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator with credentialing experience!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring that all staff credentials are up-to-date and compliant with hospital policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Credentialing :
- Manage and maintain staff credentialing records.
- Ensure all medical staff and healthcare professionals meet licensing and certification requirements.
- Coordinate with medical boards and certification bodies for timely renewals and updates.
- HR Support :
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of employee credentials and certifications.
- Communication :
- Serve as a point of contact for staff regarding HR-related queries.
- Facilitate effective communication between HR, medical staff, and administration.
