Robert Half is looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator for a remote, short-term contract with a Fortune 500 Company. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and highly proficient in Google sheet, apply today!
Responsibilities
- Leverage existing lists to update / confirm for each asset, the website URLs and Highspot / internal URLs
- Tag each content asset based on the focus of the piece : industry, line of business, product focus, etc.
- Identify content that has been archived / removed in recent website CMS migration, broken links, etc.
- Create a finished Google sheet that is easily searchable for teams to filter and find specific sets of content
- Move all content files into an organized Google shared drive; partner with creative for final PDF assets
- Document instances where content needs to be updated based on old product names, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to get content for inventory
Qualifications
- Must be an expert with Google Sheets and Google Work Space
- Proficient in Google Drive comfortable moving files around
