THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a dynamic Project Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our MarTech and Ops team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and project success across multiple departments, including but not limited to CRM Operations, Promotion Operations, Brand, Data Science, Product, Strategy, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly cross-functional environment, adept at managing diverse projects and collaborating closely with various teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate the MarTech and Ops team's ways of working and help the team champion process efficiency at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for MarTech and Ops initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including Product, developers, CRM Operations, Promotion Operations, Brand, Data Science, Product, Strategy, and Customer Service, et.

al to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report project milestones and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with focus on interdependencies.
  • Support the implementation of MarTech solutions and operational workflows, leveraging industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving business objectives.

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management within MarTech, Digital Marketing, or Operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and technologies, with a focus on CRM, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Brand, Data Science, Product, Strategy, and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of sports and / or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus, though not required.
  • Experience working with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is a plus.
  • Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile are advantageous.

The applicable salary range for this position is $74,000-$92,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.

This role may offer the following benefits : medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance;

a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
