Title : BOM & PO Coordinator
Reports to : Manager, Customer Service
Department : Operations
Responsibility Summary : ERP FG BOM creation and maintenance, including registry of components. Upload and maintain Customer No-No lists.
Timely and accurate Customer PO review and entry. Attend, assist and document line trial results for all customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Constructs BOMs and Routings for new and modified Finished Goods (FGs) and WIP’s.
- Customer Item Master R2 set up and maintenance.
- Component Item Master setup.
- Purchase order entry with price and lead time verification.
- Develop and implement consistent descriptive nomenclature and categories for FGs, WIPs and Components.
- Initiate Change Control (CC) related to FGs and WIPs.
- Attend Gate-Review meetings as required in support of Manager of Customer Service.
- Participate in line trial events as required.
- Import and maintain customer No-No Lists into the EWL ERP system.
- Create and maintain master price list.
- Periodic review of Customer portal systems, looking for updates.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
Requirements
- 2 or 4-year business degree, plus 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment or
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced filling / packaging environment.
- Detail oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
