Job Overview :

Under the direction of the Manager of Plant Operations, the Landscaper position at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center involves maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces to create a healing and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include planting, pruning, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers, as well as ensuring lawns and walkways are well-maintained. The landscaper will collaborate with hospital administration to develop landscaping plans that align with health and safety standards while promoting sustainability. Attention to detail, knowledge of horticulture, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role, as well as a commitment to enhancing the overall aesthetic and therapeutic value of the hospital grounds. As driving may be required, a valid driver's license is a requirement of the position. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
