Responsible for providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having increased risk for injury.Â
Principal Accountabilities :
1. Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.Â
2. Makes continuous rounds.Â
3. Assists with Activities of Daily Living.Â
4. Assists with bathroom / commode / incontinence care.Â
5. Monitors Intake and Output.Â
6. Performs preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary.Â
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required :
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.Â
2. Prior experience in Patient Care.
3. BLS
