Summary :
Responsible for the administrative support functions which assist Vice Presidents and above in fulfillment of various duties.
Independently functions to complete high-end and complex duties in a well-organized and timely manner. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts.
Requires knowledge of John Hopkins and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
- BS / BA in related field
- Requires up to 3 years of experience or equivalent
- Project coordination and database management experience
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures with knowledge of MS office
- Proficient in English language (read, write, speak)
- Travel logistics
