We are searching for a Behavioral Specialist to join our Residential team. The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team of staff and a behavioral services team of experienced clinicians.
Flexible, hour a week schedule
Compensation for this position is $ $ per hour. Commensurate on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide in-home consultation and behavioral support to individuals and their families
- Documentation for such services needs to adhere to regulation and programmatic requirements
- Work with individuals and their families to develop and follow behavioral programs that ameliorate behavioral problems
- Model implementation of behavior support plans, support the implementation, and train as needed
- Excellent supervision offered
Requirements :
- Experience with behavioral intervention and developmental disabilities helpful
- Masters in related field of psychology / MSW required
- Must have valid NYS driver’s license in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs minimum
