Job Overview : You will play a critical role in assisting our HR department in evaluating new canvassers, field training, and actively outdoors coaching your team.
You will be guiding and prioritizing canvassing efforts to optimize results. We need a leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement in lead generation goals.
Paid two week training any evaluation. Before your officially. a Team leader.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate lead-generating field representatives.
- Review and optimize team member activity.
- Monitor and report on performance and job satisfaction from each field representative.
- Evaluate data to drive improved performance
- Adhere and instruct all Field Representatives on all CDC health and safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Preferred experience in marketing, B2B, outdoor customer service, or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must be coachable
- No background checks
Compensation : We provide a guaranteed hourly rate, plus commissions, plus overrides. Expected income. $100,000.00 +
