This is a greatopportunity for a dynamic and seasoned SalesExecutive with 7 years staffing experience to joinour fully remote national sales team.

Reflik is where the industry isgoing. You will be prospecting and closing new businessopportunities building customer relationships and growing ouroverall US market share.
Your primary focus will be new clientacquisition! If you are not a hunter this is not the role for you.You will be expanding our ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for DirectHire) as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services toEnterprise and MidSize clients across the US.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) aswell as midmarket companies.
- Manage salesprocess from initial outreach to new client onboarding.
- Manage complex sales cycle and influence / persuade variouslevels of decisionmaking.
- Achieve assignedsales targets.
- Develop and maintain anexcellent relationship with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must reside in the US.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Provensuccess in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing orManaged Services space
- 7 years sellingProfessional staffing (IT F&A Engineering etc...) servicesto MidMarket and Enterprise Level Customers
- 35years selling Managed Services such as RPO MSP VMS
- Wellconnected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TAProcurement MSP CW Program leaders).
- Strongestablished relationships with key decision makers in Tech FinanceEngineering etc..
- Strong Customer Serviceskills.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Minimum Bachelorsdegree.
- Must have ability to travel and attendindustry conferences 23 times per year.
- Techsavvy proficiency using tools such as Zoom DynamicsCRM MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

1. Do youhave a Bachelors degree required.
2. Do you have 7 years selling Professional staffing (ITF&A Engineering etc...) services to MidMarket andEnterprise Level Customers
3. Do you have 35years selling Managed Services such as RPO MSP VMS
4. Are you wellconnected with the Talent Ecosystemcommunity (TA Procurement MSP CW Program leaders).
5. Strong established relationships with key decisionmakers in Tech Finance Engineering etc.
6. Doyou have proven success in acquiring net new clients in theProfessional Staffing or Managed Services space
7. Are youTechsavvy proficiency using tools such as ZoomDynamics CRM MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
