Job Specifications

• Company : TSMC Semiconductor
• Location : Phoenix, AZ
• Pay Rate : $20 / hr Days; $21 / hr Nights
• Must attend training 9am-6pm MON-FRI for 2 weeks before transitioning to work shift schedule

SHIFT A : 5 : 45 AM to 6 : 15 PM (SUN-TUE, every other WED)

SHIFT B : 5 : 45 PM to 6 : 15 AM (SUN-TUE, every other SAT)

SHIFT C : 5 : 45 AM to 6 : 15 PM (THU-SAT, every other WED)

SHIFT D : 5 : 45 PM to 6 : 15 AM (WED-FRI, every other SAT)

What's a typical day as a Process Technician? You'll be :

• Working in an office-based command center environment (85%) multitasking with tracking systems to monitor the semiconductor manufacturing of wafers / microchips.
• Utilizing MS Office, Excel, data tracking, and coordination in a collaborative team environment.
• Following SOP procedures and structured workflows to perform position duties daily.
• Assisting in manufacturing functions, including data collection & handling tool alarm recovery.
• Communicating with manufacturing and module team members.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Are comfortable working in a hazmat / bunny suit with face cover + visor throughout the entire shift.
• Are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Have experience working in a desktop or cubicle office setting, sitting for long periods.
• Can monitor multiple computer screens with an eye for quality and detail.
• Possess a Highschool Diploma or GED
