C3 AI offers a self-service Generative AI product on the cloud marketplaces, called C3 Generative AI : Standard Edition. This product enables individual enterprise end-users to launch the product, onboard users, connect to their data sources, and interrogate and reason on their data through a simple, natural language interface.
C3 Generative AI : Standard Edition provides a secure Generative AI Search capability with deterministic responses, full traceability to ground truth, and a hallucination-free experience.
We are currently expanding our sales team for C3 Generative AI and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales force.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Total compensation will consist of base salary plus commission.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
