What You'll Do :
The Sr. Facilities Program Manager is responsible for overseeing Ecotrak's facility services programs and managing third-party service relationships, ensuring seamless execution and high brand standards to drive growth for Ecotrak.
The Main Responsibilities :
Overseeing Asset Management Program :
Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset management system, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of asset data.
Validate and report on asset survey results, ensuring quality control and clear communication with clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with asset survey vendors, ensuring reliable and scalable partnerships.
Sell asset survey results back to customers for sign off and final payment authorization.
Project manage asset survey processes : ensuring timeliness of asset survey projects, updating XFT stakeholders on status, and seeing all projects through to completion.
Managing Third-Party Services :
Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to Ecotrak brand standards.
Validate and report on the results of Faciltytrak services (Ecotrak's full-service facilities management program), ensuring quality control and client satisfaction.
Foster relationships with partners to gain scalability and expand service offerings.
Creating Clear Communication and Collaboration :
Establish and maintain clear communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proactively provide updates on project status and address any challenges or roadblocks.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Who You'll Be
This role requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication, project management, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and foster effective collaboration across teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor"s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in facilities asset management, project management, or a related role.
Facilities Management and / or Service Provider experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
Experience with facility management software is a plus.
Role Logistics :
This is a full-time, exempt position
Up to 35% travel may be required
