Training Instructor
Anticipated Duration : 18+ month contract
W2, Full benefits medical / dental / vision
50% Travel to Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi
The Training Instructor position is a critical role to support our client’s efforts in a large implementation program and is responsible for delivering engaging and interactive course content to internal employees across the enterprise
JOB REQUIREMENTS : (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills )
- Related four-year degree or enterprise experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3-years of experience delivering training content to end users.
- Experience working on one or more enterprise-wide system implementation.
- Experience with various Oracle Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and verbal skills
- Knowledge of change management and training principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Flexibility to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities and stay on schedule in order to meet critical training delivery timeline.
- Model adult learning principles for training in various work environments, with diverse audiences via instructor-led, virtual, computer based training or other learning platforms.
- Ability to foster an engaging atmosphere that promotes a safe learning environment.
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and develop a rapport across cross-functional teams and departments.
- Ability to learn new applications, business processes and policies, and learning delivery tools to effectively deliver training content.
- Ability to independently manage time and the classroom to cover content within the course’s allotted time.
- Understanding of different learning styles and how to manage and nurture those styles in adult learners.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and online calendaring tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook).
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing and delivering of training to multiple business units across operations footprint
- Delivering training through blended learning solutions while applying the principles of Adult Learning and Classroom Management.
- Serving as a guide and mentor for employees who are embarking on this new application journey and building the skills that are needed to adopt to the new and refreshed technologies.
- Preparing to deliver on their own, exhibiting independence and self-study capabilities.
- Partnering and co-facilitating well with others as the current design of training delivery may include up to two trainers in a session.
- Learning and delivering content across multiple applications.

The hourly pay range for this position is $25-$33 / hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
