Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales and account relationships with large and mid-tier accounting partnersDrive customer numbers and achieve monthly targets while supporting migration to the Xero platformEngage partners through regular communication, events, and training to enhance their online strategyRequired QualificationsProven sales performance and field account management experienceExperience with CRM systems, particularly SalesforceKnowledge of accounting practices is desirableStrong initiative and ability to work autonomouslyResults-driven approach with a passion for the online accounting market
