Job description
HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Mission Control Operations Analyst to help drive the strategy of the organization by finding solutions to problems, documenting processes, and being a support mechanism for the resources doing the day-to-day work.
In this role, you will look at service operations both holistically and at the individual vehicle level to identify ways to maximize safety and service efficiency, including real-time management of fleet and crew allocation.
In addition, you will also monitor areas within the vehicle’s operational design domain and put restrictions in place if certain areas should be temporarily avoided (e.
g., civic events, signal alerts, or emergency scenes).
As a Mission Control Operations Analyst, you will :
- Support process design and documentation for the Mission Control function.
- Conduct a range of data analysis for determining the best solution to a problem.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are moving forward.
- Track projects and communicate progress to a larger group of stakeholders.
- Assist with process improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
- Computer literacy proficiency
Preferred qualifications :
- Program or project management experience
- Industrial engineering or process improvement experience
- Experience with call centers or support centers
- Lean Six Sigma exposure

Commitment : This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Foster City, CA area.
