As a Sales Representative at Sima Splash Car Wash, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and effectively promote and sell our car wash packages.
You will be crucial in driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience by helping clients choose the right service package that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement : Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, and engage them in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of all car wash packages, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Be prepared to answer customer questions and provide detailed information.
Sales : Actively promote and sell car wash packages to new and returning customers. Offer upsell opportunities and special promotions to maximize sales.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customers' concerns or questions, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Sales Goals : Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets management sets.
Feedback : Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Record Keeping : Accurately processes transactions and maintains records of sales.
