Title : Process Engineering Technician - NPI

Job Details

Perform semiconductor package assembly using die bonders, wire bonders, lens / fiber alignment stations, laser welders, resistance welders, etc.

with a key focus on process / product quality & performance

• Expected to work closely with engineers to provide packaging process development support
• Expected to monitor and collect process data to be entered into travelers and process logs
• Work with engineers and technicians from other cross functional teams
• Expected to create written operational procedures and mentor / train other technicians

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years working experience in semiconductor assembly.
• High School Degree / GED. Associate Degree or Technical Training is highly desired
• Ability to follow both oral and written directions
• Ability to handle small components under low & high power microscopes
• Knowledge of MS WORD, EXCEL & POWERPOINT computer programs

This position is full time, day shift and located in San Jose Ca.
