Experience
Hands-on experience in thin-film processes and / or back-end processes to support device assembly
Operation and maintenance of high precision process tools
Operation of metrology and analytical tools such as confocal and optical microscopy.
Experience in an R&D, pilot or small manufacturing team environment
Demonstration of experiment ownership and accurate results and data recording
Comfort with cleanroom and controlled environment protocols
Enter data into shop floor system / MES or excel log sheets as needed
Skills
Must be able to work independently as well with other team members
Able to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Self-starter with time management capability and a can-do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Mac OS X, Windows OS and other productivity tools
