Chef de Cuisine Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Must have experience working in and extensive knowledge of Italian Cuisine
- Very high volume experience with a minimum of $20mil
- Great financial acumen with cost control and P+L experience
- Working with the Corporate Chef, the Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for kitchen SOP's
