Put your degree or great experience to good use at $22-$44 per hour helping one to two clients an hour, full or part-time work available in busy Outpatient Health Clinic.
BA in an approved field OR
BA in a different field plus proof of 4 years relevant experience by proof of resume OR
High School / GED for lower rate : $17-$34 per hour
Approved Fields : Social Work; Psychology; Sociology; Anthropology; Public Health; Health Ecology; Early Childhood Education;
Speech Pathology; Human Development and Family Studies; Nursing; and Community Health Sciences.
Responsibilities :
1. Record schedule in ICANotes software biweekly
2. Obtain signatures on treatment plans detailing independent goals of each assigned clients
3. Implement treatment plans as developed by supervising therapist
4. Work collaboratively with client's other providers to ensure continuity and quality of services
5. Deliver high quality care as defined by contracting insurance companies and regulatory State of NV agencies
6. Record Progress Notes in electronic health record software for each session within 24 hours
7. Record monthly progress report on each client, showing evidence based measurement on job duties performed
8. Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and family members of clients
9. Contact clinical or medical supervisors in emergent situations
10. Record crisis or client communications in electronic software
11. Turn in time cards biweekly
12. Attend and actively participate in all staff meetings, training, and events
13. Work with a positive attitude and hardworking approach to helping clients improve their lives
14. Other fun job duties within the scope of the position as assigned
Qualifications :
1. 18 years of age or older
2. Bachelor’s degree in approved field or see list above (transcripts and copy of degree required)
3. Valid CPR Certification
4. Negative TB Test Within Last 6 Months
5. Reliable vehicle for work with current automobile insurance
6. Valid Driver’s License
7. Valid Social Security or Immigration Card
8. Clean DMV Driving Record
9. Reliable access to telephone, computer, and internet services daily
10. Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings
11. Positive attitude, great problem solving skills, and pleasing personality on the job
