The Technical Product Manager Personalization will manage the website personalization experience. Samsung innovates quickly, and the right person will help the team deliver the best-in-class experience to the end user, making their journey to purchase as smooth as possible.
You’ll work closely with the Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams in this role.
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $190,000.00 and $ 210,000.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of Personalization Experiments, crafting new challenger experiences and working closely with stakeholders
- Partner closely with ML / AI / Data Science, Engineering, CX / Design, Category Management / Business teams to deliver personalized experiences to various audience segments and consumers
- Serve as a thought leader in the personalization and recommendations space, fielding questions from other teams, advocating for best practices, and sharing learning across the organization
- Access new requests well in terms of level of effort and impact, pitch new ideas and gain buy-ins from stakeholders, Maximizing team output towards key opportunities that will move the needle
- Work with MLAI / Engineering teams to build a new personalization service / engine that will power S.com customer experience, tailoring to each customer
Skills and Experience :
- 7+ years of product management or other similar experience required
- Experience launching products that had multiple cross-team dependencies
- Data-focused mindset and proven ability to use data to explore all aspects of a problem and analyze solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and clear, logical communication style so you can represent our personalization product strategy and roadmap to engineering, business, and product leadership
- You have strong product sense in what makes a compelling consumer products and delightful user experiences, you are a Systems thinker - proactive, structured, long-term thinker rather than reactive
- You focus on impact and naturally frame your work in terms of impact, effort, and cost in order to maximize your chances of delivering a successful product
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization with multiple consumer products
- Familiar with A / B, Multi-variant and other experimentation methods, tools and hypothesis-driven development (Preferred)
