- Shopper Marketing & Media PlanningShopper marketing and digital media campaign planning, activation, and optimization across retail specific tactics for all grocery and pet brandsPlan retail media and marketing budgets across wide variety of retailers, including Grocery, Dollar Channel and Pet Specialty retailersLead retail media and marketing capabilities evaluations and provide recommendations for future spend
- Media MeasurementOutline measurement goals for marketing spend across retail partnersTranslate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risksAssess media performance on key metrics (ROAS, iROAS, influenced sales) and communicate impact of programs to the broader organizationContinuously monitor and analyze programs, improving upon the understanding of tactic effectiveness, audiences and identifying opportunities to increase impact
- Creative StrategyCreative approach and execution for paid media across multiple channelsSupport creative process flow for retail marketing campaigns : initial requests, feedback, internal & external reviews, deployment
- Strategic CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand, Creative, Agency, Finance, Legal and within the Performance Media Digital Commerce teamUnderstand and gather Brand priorities and insights and combine with Sales / Retailer priorities and insights to customize the right marketing strategy and plan Partner closely with agency to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, closely monitoring programs Educate partners on the changing landscape of digital & retail media
Working Location : Hybrid
This role is located at the Lakeville, MN Corporate officeTypical hybrid schedule includes 3 days in-office with remote flexibility up to 2 days a week. #LI-hybrid
Qualifications
Education
BA required. Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years marketing within CPG or Retail space.
- Retail media planning and / or strategy experience preferred
- Ecommerce experience preferred
- Digital experience on agency or client side required
