Our Property Management firm offers a variety of services including complete residential property management, leasing, and vacation rental management. Serving Santa Cruz County Property Management since 1972, we are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and self-driven Assistant Property Manager / Office Assistant. The position may be considered for full or part time.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains relationships with residents, Company team members, and vendors on a professional level at all timesMaintenance coordination duties include responding to service requestsAssigning work orders to appropriate vendors, scheduling, follow up through verification of completionPaying close attention to minimize maintenance costsConducts daily courtesy follow up calls to residents and guests following completed repairs and reviews.Property inspectionsPhone receptionGuest reservations, check in / outFielding emergency calls outside of business hoursSkills and Abilities
Computer literate : MS Office, AppFolio, otherAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizations skillsSelf-motivated, creative, and resourcefulBi-lingual in English and Spanish highly preferredReliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentValid California Drivers License, clean DMV driving recordWillingness to travel locally throughout Santa Cruz CountyJob Types : Full-time, possible Part-time
