Greet and direct all patients, and visitors, including vendors and reps while handling incoming calls and performing general administrative duties which include scheduling patients for appointments.
Ensure that insurance and patient information is current.
Assist in checking patients out while collecting any fees and scheduling next appointments.
May be cross trained to assist with overflow work of other team members.
