Order Fulfillment Coordinator II
Dubuque, Iowa - Full Time
Productive Resources ( ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Dubuque, Iowa.
As a member of our team, the selected candidate will serve as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments.
This full-time position is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.
Duties : Order Management :
Order Management :
- Monitor back orders, flash, past due orders, and low DOS (Days of Supply).
- Update and monitor the SPERT report to ensure notes are accurately reflected.
- Ensure promise dates are entered and updated for flash orders.
- Resolve discrepancies between orders and JD Point.
Reporting and Synchronization :
- Manage and monitor CWIS to SAP to PRT sync report to ensure orders are resolved and synchronized weekly.
- Oversee Receipt Action Key reports for all factories, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor automated de-expedite reports to maintain order efficiency.
- Resolve action files promptly and efficiently.
Follow-up and Issue Resolution :
- Follow up on issue resolutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and execute VD to FD flash transfers.
- Resolve any shipping errors in collaboration with factories and receiving departments.
- Monitor and manage FD rejects disposition via email.
- Support vendor direct tasks as directed by the POF manager.
Requirements :
- Ability to work hours of first shirt - Hours : Monday- Friday 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM
- Proven experience in supply management or a related capacity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills :
4-year degree in Business or a related field.
