A. Position : Station Service Representative B. Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure the required procedures are properly carried out by vendors
- Ensure safe operations on the ramp are maintained at all times
- Quickly resolve issues on the ramp as required
- Maintain good communications with captain-in-command, Vendors, and the Head Office
- Any other reasonable task as requested
C. Requirements :
- College graduate or above
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Morning / evening shifts & weekend / holiday shifts required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Previous experience working in airport stations preferred
