About The Team And Role

eBay Advertising is reinventing advertising at eBay. We’re crafting innovative brand and sellers solutions to optimize the ad monetization and experience on eBay.

Our goal is to build a valuable experience for both buyers and sellers, while also driving performance for advertisers. To that end, we are innovating rapidly in the ad-tech space and there is no shortage of new challenges for motivated individuals.

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, solution oriented Performance Marketing professional to own customer strategy and execution of customer lifecycle performance marketing programs.

What You Will Accomplish :

Lifecycle channel marketing : Design and deliver programs that drive engagement, retention and growth for sellers with help of eBay Advertising solutions.

Channel Strategy : Innovate and expand channels that would enable getting in touch with customers at right moments. Bring innovation with use of technology and creativity to drive next best action for customers.

Innovate and Drive Impact : Develop and implement strategies to drive SMB customer engagement, increase upsell opportunities, and reduce churn.

Rapidly test new ideas, leveraging data and insights to innovate and improve continuously

Performance Analysis : Using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Regularly report on metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Process Optimization : Create and refine scalable processes to enhance efficiency and overall performance. Act as an escalation point to help resolve issues, triage problems, and support account growth as needed.

What You Will Bring :

Experience : 7+ years in performance marketing roles. Having worked with product teams to drive product growth strategy through performance marketing.

Proven experience in developing and delivering lifecycle & lower funnel channel marketing with measurable impact.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities with a deep understanding of sales metrics, performance standards, and methodologies.

Strong collaboration skills in matrixed set up : Proven track record of effectively and productively collaborating in matrixed organization set up and capability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Solution oriented mind-set : Someone who is energized by fast paced environment with ability to think scale and solutions.

Ability to working across global time-zones : Ability to partner with stakeholders distributed globally.
