What You Will Do : While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiencyManage 2-4 crews / electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sitesIndependently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprenticesMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring : In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will Have experience managing 2-4 crews / electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sitesHave experience leading both large construction and data center projectsHave experience utilizing prefabricationBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentivesEnjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanshipBe motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications Weifield Group Contracting Inc.
