Architect One , seeks a humble, driven, and instinctively intuitive individual to join our growing team in the metro-Kansas City area.
You’ll lead client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and help expand our architectural services primarily in Kansas City, and occasionally thru ought all the markets we serve.
Qualified candidates should have a background in the AEC Industry, are passionate about business development, strategic thinking, and results oriented.

The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities and drive the sales activities of a growing professional design services firm.
Their primary role will be the generation of new business. This individual will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies for improving and enhancing existing customer service activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead generation and sales functions of professional design services business
- Provide feedback to company leadership and marketing team on business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and other sales related topics
- Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and better develop existing markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads in AEC industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Candidate must have a broad knowledge of the metro Kansas City area, and if not currently residing there, be willing to relocate there and work in the market.
