Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of Staff Services Manager I of the Facilities Administration Unit (FAU), the incumbent is responsible for facilities planning / management, contract development / management and project management for Lottery facilities statewide.

The incumbent independently performs the more difficult, responsible, technical, and analytical work in Facilities. The incumbent may work independently, in a team environment, in a lead capacity, or as a Facilities project manager.

Occasional overnight travel is required.

This position requires a current Associate Governmental Program Analyst exam. If you need to take the exam or if your score has expired, click to gain list eligibility.

This position is headquartered at the Sacramento location and is eligible for either a remote-based or office-based telework schedule.

Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as needed. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.

Eligibility for telework requires employee residence in California per California Government Code Section 14200 which states : telecommuting means the partial or total substitution of computers or telecommunication technologies, or both, for the commute to work by employees residing in California.
