Construction Estimator

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction field.
• Estimating experience with drywall, flooring, or specialty fields is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Experience with Takeoff software is a plus.
• Ability to read plans, understand specifications, and drawing details.
• Conduct quantity takeoff, material and equipment pricing, and prepare detailed proposals.
• Mentor, train, and manage Estimators in the department.
• Review and ensure estimates meet business objectives.
• Engage with customers to ensure understanding of scope and address questions.
• Collaborate with other departments and management to present accurate estimates.

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
