Job Description
As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutters , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Entering call notes into system
- Data Entry
- Sending Emails, scanning documents, builder web portals
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills
Physical demands : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
You must be able to lift light to moderate weight and sit for extended periods to complete your computer job.
