We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Consultant to join our client's UK and Ireland People & Communities (HR) Country Team.
This role focuses on providing operational support ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Support : Follow specific processes using existing templates and presentations.
- Communication : Engage with employees and stakeholders at various levels, addressing questions effectively.
- Documentation : Take and review minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate records.
- Presentation Preparation : Create materials using established frameworks and templates.
- Manage escalations, provide status updates, and ensure all documents are up to date.
