We are a rapidly growing residential painting company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service. With an expanding client base, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure our projects run smoothly and our customers enjoy a professional, stress-free experience.

The Project Coordinator will act as the bridge between our sales team, clients, and production crews, ensuring every detail of each project is properly managed from start to finish. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A Day in the Life :

• Start your morning by reviewing scheduled jobs and confirming details with the sales and production teams.
• Call homeowners to confirm colors, start times, and any special requests.
• Check in with painting crews during the day to ensure projects are on schedule and materials are ready.
• Visit an active job site to answer client questions and ensure the quality meets our standards.
• Conduct an end-of-day walk-through with a homeowner, confirming touch-ups and ensuring they're delighted with the results.
• Wrap up by updating job notes, sending any needed info to accounting, and preparing tomorrow's schedule.
