KBW Finance and Accounting has partnered with publicly traded Life Sciences company to identify a Senior Revenue Accountant.
This newly created role is a great opportunity for a GL Accountant to pivot and gain revenue accounting experience or an experienced revenue accountant to gain additional operational and technical experience in a complex global company.
Additional details include :
This role will be a Hybrid / Remote role - 2 days per week in office
- Review revenue transactions to ensure proper accounting
- Prepare analyses, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Maintain accuracy of revenue within the GL in compliance with GAAP
- Maintain internal financial controls
- Partner with global finance teams on revenue matters
- Handle internal and external audit requests
- Process improvements and streamlining the revenue process
- Provide required information for SEC filings
- Ad-hoc projects
Qualifications :
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of GL accounting and close experience
- Revenue accounting and 606 compliance experience a plus
- Global company experience a plus
- Large ERP experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
Salary is up to $110K Base + Bonus
