- Serve as a key member of the North America Logistics team, specifically as the subject matter authority in continuous improvement and data analytics.
- Lead and support North America productivity targets and project funnels.
- Collaborate with regional and distribution site leaders to implement efficient processes .
- Data mining and analysis for various distribution centers, and provide recommendations to regional leaders to drive excellence in quality, productivity, safety and budget adherence.
- Maintain and support Power BI reporting for Logistics group crafting standardized and ad-hoc dashboards across all regions
- Generate monthly analytics for scorecards, productivity measurements, and month-end performance indicators.
- Partner with multiple functions to lead / support business and automation integrations.
- Handle data to supervise major productivity initiatives and capital projects
- Lead Kaizens and other Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives
- Perform job duties in a safe manner and abide by all safety policies and procedures.

- Perform job duties within ISO standards, regulatory or statutory requirements.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience :
- Previous experience collaborating with teams across different regions and applying strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficient use in excel and analytical skills ( VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Five plus years working in continuous improvement in a warehouse or a similar environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge, experience or training in Lean techniques and proficient in process auditing.
- Demonstrate dedication to continuous process improvement and the efficiently lead and navigate change.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Working conditions require the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and work at a computer station and on manufacturing shop floor.
