Job Opportunity : Service Supervisor / Estimator

Are you an experienced roofing professional with a knack for both managing service operations and estimating project costs?

We're looking for a Service Supervisor / Estimator to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead roofing service operations, estimate project costs, and build strong client relationships.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities and oversee service crews and staff.

What You’ll Do :

• Diagnose roofing issues, conduct surveys, and prepare reports
• Develop proposals for roof maintenance and repairs
• Manage service crews, hiring, training, and overseeing daily operations
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, homeowners, and more
• Market and develop annual service programs
• Present proposals to decision-makers
• Ensure client satisfaction with clear, timely communication
• Oversee billing, job costing, and scheduling for the service department

What We’re Looking For :

• 10+ years of experience in commercial flat and residential roofing preferred but will train the right candidate
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge in roof repairs, maintenance, and asset management
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Lo que harás :

• Diagnosticar problemas de techado, realizar inspecciones y preparar informes
• Desarrollar propuestas para el mantenimiento y reparación de techos
• Gestionar cuadrillas de servicio, contratar, capacitar y supervisar las operaciones diarias
• Construir y mantener relaciones con administradores de propiedades, propietarios de viviendas y más
• Comercializar y desarrollar programas de servicio anuales
• Presentar propuestas a los responsables de la toma de decisiones
• Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente con una comunicación clara y oportuna
• Supervisar la facturación, los costos de trabajo y la programación del departamento de servicios

Lo que estamos buscando :

• Más de 10 años de experiencia en techado comercial (superficies planas) y residencial (pendientes pronunciadas) preferido, pero capacitaremos al candidato adecuado
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos preferida
• Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas a la vez
• Conocimientos en reparaciones, mantenimiento y gestión de activos de techos
• Licencia de conducir de Florida válida y con historial limpio requerida
• Bilingüe en inglés y español (preferido)
