Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team with integrity and genuine sincerity. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the Account Manager team focused on increasing quoting conversion and the Territory Manager team aimed at new customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Direct oversight of : Territory Managers and Account Managers
- Strategic Sales Planning (10%) :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategies.
- Lead execution using Traction / EOS and the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) to align sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management (20%) :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Travel to customer locations and attend industry trade shows to maximize sales and relationships.
- Regularly connect with customers to cultivate and grow business.
- Team Leadership (30%) :
- Mentor and manage the Account Managers team, providing guidance to drive performance.
- Establish and enforce sales processes and policies to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor and appraise team performance, offering coaching to maximize results.
- Sales Innovation (10%) :
- Develop innovative sales techniques and processes to enhance team effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of market dynamics and manage overlapping customer bases.
- Identify and implement new technologies to optimize sales processes.
- Reporting and Analysis (10%) :
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the executive team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure sales forecasts align with budgetary goals. Qualifications :

- Experience :
- Leadership or management experience in a sales environment.
