JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop customer-centered, performance-based content.
- Design content that offers relevant practice and encourages feedback.
- Leverage up-to-date knowledge and skills in content creation.
- Utilize expert resources and feedback to enhance training materials.
- Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targeted outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Undergraduate degree in instructional design technology, education, communication, English, technical writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of written communication skills or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and performance-based learning.
- Proficient in the ADDIE process.
- Proficient in developing both Instructor-led and Web-based training using a variety of software tools.
- Proficient in Google Workspaces, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient with Articulate, Camtasia, and InDesign.
