Responsibilities :
- Designing and developing electrical systems and equipment for industrial automation projects
- Reviewing customer requirements and developing design solutions to meet their needs
- Creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts
- Specifying and selecting electrical components and equipment such as MCC's, VFD's, and PLC's
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with electrical systems and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Experience with lighting and controls, IT Network Infrastructure, Load Studies, Low-Voltage, Solar, Street Lighting
- Knowledge of Switchgear and Main Lineup Equipment, Instrumentation and Controls
Essential Job Functions :
- Utilizing strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, and techniques
- Demonstrating excellent problem
- solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working effectively in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Proficiency in CAD is a plus, Microsoft
