Reports to : Director, Communications
Position Overview :
The Internal Web Content Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall health and longevity of DaVita’s intranet, the VillageWeb.
This position will be instrumental in the organization’s migration efforts to a cloud-based intranet solution, implementation of a communications campaign management platform and creation of a centralized web team responsible for cross-functionally maintaining content, governance and the proper functioning of the platform.
Additionally, leveraging analytics and emerging best web practices, this role will support future improvements to the overall digital user experience and the implementation of intranet enhancements.
Key duties include :
- Managing a team of individuals responsible for maintaining content, governance and the functioning of DaVita’s intranet
- Driving migration efforts to a cloud-based intranet solution and collaborating with IT teams on technical intranet upgrades
- Leading the planning and execution of migration-related deliverables and adapting quickly to meet changing project needs
- Working closely with product owners to document technical business requirements
- Supporting with the implementation of a communications campaign management platform
- Upholding the strategic vision for intranet improvements and enhancements to the overall digital user experience
- Working closely with intranet content owners across lanes to develop and enhance content and provide guidance around keywords, language and metadata tags to improve search functionality
- Gaining a deep understanding of current communications channels while collaborating with channel subject matter experts to shape the content management system user experience
- Leveraging analytics and insights to improve page performance and content strategy
- Maintaining message and design integrity on all intranet pages using DaVita’s branding and style guide
- Monitoring emerging web trends and best practices, and developing plans for improving engagement with appropriate audiences
Minimum Qualifications :
- 6+ years of experience in web, marketing or communications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using various content management systems
- Proficient at editing, reporting and project management
- Ability to take initiative, plan, prioritize and independently execute the completion of all projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver with accuracy, integrity and attention to detail within established deadlines
- A fierce collaborator, effective in managing relationships; influencing others not in a direct leadership chain; and communicating with all levels of management, executives and outside vendors
- AP style proficiency preferred
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience working with SharePoint Online and the Viva Communications Suite (Viva Amplify and Viva Connections)
- Experience working with content management systems

Salary / Wage Range
$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
