Responsible for all aspects of CCC electronic medical records file maintenance and management including the sorting and scanning of all incoming paper records into the electronic medical record.
Process incoming medical records requests from other medical providers and insurance companies. Process all medical records for expired patients and prepares records to be scanned to CD for storage.
Responsible for the daily processing of all incoming and outgoing CCC mail in conjunction with the hospital mail service.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum Education : High school graduate or the equivalent
- Minimum Experience : 6 months experience in a related work situation
- Preferred Experience : 1 year experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
