We are actively seeking an exceptional candidate to join our leadership team as the Vice President of Client Services. This role is crucial to our organization, as you will manage the P&L and lead key client initiatives for GB’s flagship clients.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance, deliver exceptional client service, and offer insights to improve program outcomes.
Your expertise in insurance claims, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional client relationship management skills will be instrumental in executing the program transformation, ensuring outstanding service, and surpassing client expectations.

This position offers remote work options and will involve some travel. How you'll make an impact Oversee a diverse book of business with a focus on driving client satisfaction, managing client program performance, driving organic growth, and delivering against GB’s financial targets.
Serve as the senior touchpoint and trusted advisor to client Executive teams, influencing program goals and direction through a consultative and strategic approach.
Coach, develop, and mentor up to twelve direct reports. Collaborate closely with senior claims leadership to optimize operational performance and deliver exceptional client / claimant experiences and outcomes across client programs.
Drive continuous process improvement by devising and implementing innovative ideas and solutions for flagship clients. Lead key projects and initiatives to build capabilities and help our clients achieve their strategic and financial goals.

About You Required : Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a business strategy or consulting leadership role 6-8 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience in strategy, transformation, analytics, business, or leadership roles Strategic thinker, capable of navigating complex project landscapes and fostering significant improvements and efficiencies within a large-scale operation.
Strong problem solving and analytical background with the ability to question data or processes for optimal service delivery to the client.
Proficiency in financial modeling, performing data analysis, reporting, and synthesis to translate information into action Proven successes managing large programs in matrixed organizations, working with key stakeholders across the organizations.
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations.
Experienced in effectively managing teams, driving performance and achieving desired goals. Strong focus on client satisfaction with an eye on continuous enhancements to deliver operational excellence.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple working styles. A commanding client / executive presence, with clear and concise communication skills.
