Job Title : Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description
- Serve as the Supply Planner for assigned global product portfolios
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and presentations to executive management
- Organize and host global calls and meetings
- Monitor inventory days of supply, identify potential shortages or excessive supply, and initiate risk mitigation activities
- Act as the Supply Chain point of contact between Sales, Customer Care, and Supply Chain Operations
- Drive Supply Chain related initiatives related to process improvements and new business initiatives
- Support intercompany inventory replenishment in SAP
- Master Data Expert for Supply Planning parameters
- Maintain Supply Planning and replenishment parameters best supporting supply strategy
- Support and coordinate demand and supply requests with cross-functional teams in sales, customer care, global production, and global logistics
- Support general product availability inquiries; expedite urgent product supply requests
Qualifications
- Business Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2+ years' of experience in demand and supply planning
- Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Familiar with data analytics and statistics
- ERP planning system experience expected, SAP preferred
- Ability to independently prepare and present data to multiple levels of the organization including executive management
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications Excel and PowerPoint, Proficiency with Power BI and Qlik are a plus
- Strong interest in supply chain, enjoys topics related to supply chain planning
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Germantown, Maryland.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with mandatory in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday from 9-5.
