Associate in Business and or Logistics
5-8 years experience working administrative roles supporting business operations of mission programs, to include running Logistics operational programs and Systems.
Shall be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
Be a U.S Citizen.
Work requires knowledge of the DHA MED Log policies and procedures to assist with the administrative coordinating of training and execution of medical supply chain operations.
High level writing, facilitation, problem solving, analytic, and briefing preparation communications / briefing skills, and minute taking skills, and other duties as assigned.
System applications knowledge of all medical logistics operating systems, applications, and tools.
Duties :
Compiles and analyzes data, makes recommendations on the formulation of policy, procedures, staffing, and organizational changes;
conducts surveys and performs research and statistical analysis on administrative, fiscal, personnel, or operational problems.
Performs professional analytical and technical work in the formulation and administration of department or division budgets, development, and management of department level procurement, or coordination of personnel functions.
Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources. Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies.
Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
Compiles periodic and monthly status reports on department budget, contracts, supplies, and equipment information, and required staff training.
Facilitate meetings, prepares briefings, compile briefing notes, and ensures RFIs are completed.
Research, evaluates, and prepares financial, statistical, demographic, and operational data used in reports, studies, surveys, and analysis;
analyzes and prepares, revises, and implements various administrative policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with sound organizational practices.
Possess the ability to identify and understand complex problems and concepts, apply logical thinking and quantitative methods of gathering and analyzing information, make decisions and exercise good judgment based on available data, design solutions to problems, formulate and articulate action plans proactively and collaboratively.

Commercial and Supply Chain knowledge / experience within medical field.
Must be able to work at a desk for extended hours
